Well G'day to everyone or should I say Hello. This is a first for me and a bit scary. I know I will get used to it. When I have worked out how to download a photo of some of my paintings I will do so. It is not the downloading but finding the photo on my computer.
I will tell you a little bit about myself. In 1994 I hurt my back at work (I used to be a cleaner at a school as the hours suited me so I could still work as a professional artist - 6-9am then 3-6pm) lifting an oblong table. I was only 47 years of age and told I would never work again. What a shock for the system. It has taken till now to get to be able to concentrate on my art again and that is how I found cloth,paper,scissors mag and website http://www.clothpaperscissors.com. It saved me from myself, I can tell you as I am not able to go out and learn through seminars,workshops etc. as I get tired very quickly. Also I am a doing person so I learn from watching people doing the process quicker than reading from a book. The downloads of a few mixed media artists working at there preferred works have helped me tremendously, so you will be seeing a few of my works with material not just canvas and paper.
